Secrets Nude Resort: About Us.

Jim & Laura are the founders, and are the guiding force behind Secrets. Since they purchased the first part of Secrets property in the mid 1990's, they have been working to clear the land and build the resort, while simultaneously holding down their jobs and attempting to stay sane. Jim says, "I view my role at Secrets like that of a bartender in a tavern. A good bartender generally enjoys people." They make sure that they get to know everyone, makes sure everyone is comfortable, and gets folks talking to each other. When you come here, we'll make sure that you get to know us and the other guests, and you'll be forming new friendships right off the bat.

We hope you all have a great summer - for those of you who have been asking, here is an update from Jim & Laura:

This is just an update for all the friends Laura and I met over the last four years at Secrets. Remember the girl that was up every morning cleaning, cooking, mowing, getting drinks for everyone and pretty much never stopped all day? She has been reduced to sleeping about 18 hours a day and is pretty sick most of the time. Most of you already know Laura needs a new liver. There is good news though.

As of 6/5/08 she is actively listed on two transplant lists. One transplant program in Omaha Ne. and one in Kansas City Ks. We have to stay within a few hours these centers so that when a liver becomes available we can get to the transplant center in time. This is why we’ve been saying we would not be open for business this year but things have changed. We are going to open after all. We’ll be around as Laura’s health allows. Hope we see you all there this summer.
